		<description>Interestingly firstly Sony isn&#039;t playing ball with the porn industry, which could have really big implications - porn is one of the biggest drivers for any new technology. Betamax was superior, but the porn industry chose VHS. . 

Secondly, AACS has now been cracked (http://www.theregister.co.uk/2007/02/14/aacs_hack/) amusingly they say the hacker was working on it for at least 8 days. . . to crack encryption that took years, and millions (if not more) of dollars to develop.

Wonder how long until dual format players come out, and the &#039;war&#039; as you point out, will just be a damp squib.</description>
